Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Start your return

Email ognjen@flowhivestudio.com or use our Contact page. Include your order number, the item and the reason for your request. Contact us before sending anything back; we will confirm the return instructions and address.

Return postage and destination

For a change of mind or a size or color you selected, you pay the return postage. Return postage is not included in the product price or our free outbound shipping offer.

Our fulfillment partner's return warehouse is in China, so an approved return may require international postage. Obtain a carrier quote after we confirm the address. Do not send returns to our registered business address or to an address on the original parcel without our instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect item

If we send the wrong item, or it arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not pay for a return or send the item back until we provide instructions.

Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customer-paid postage for a change-of-mind or size-choice return is not refunded.

Customers in the EU and UK: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return period above extends this right; it does not replace it.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to ognjen@flowhivestudio.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earlier. We use the same payment method you used for the purchase and charge no fee for the refund. Please send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, using the return instructions we send you. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
